Allow Site Members to Work Together to Schedule Events

The Facilitate CMS Clash Diary allows site members to maintain a shared calendar to display events for site members and the public.

Events can be displayed either immediately or only after approval by a site manager.

The key advantage the Clash Diary has over our Facilitate CMS calendar is that when one event clashes with another, this can be brought to the attention of the event owner and website manager.

Clash Diary’s features include:

  • the option of either creating a new calendar event or copying an existing event;
  • the ability to update events, even after publishing;
  • the ability to add images and other files to event descriptions;
  • the automatic archiving of passed events;t
  • he supporting of workflow by email notifications to event owners and administrators.
