The resource library feature of Facilitate CMS means your members can upload files for sharing with other site members or the public.
They can add Word documents, PDFs and Excel spreadsheets, either making them available immediately or only after approval by a site manager. They can add descriptions and use pre-determined tags to categorise the documents (e.g. tagging them as 'meeting minutes') and documents can be searched or browsed according to those easily customisable categories.
The FacilitateCMS Resource Library in Use
- OCLC PICA UK uses the Facilitate CMS resource library to provide their customers with help documentation, FAQs and other supporting material.
- ICT Hub uses the resource library to allow site members to upload meeting minutes and other Governance-related documents.
- Our forthcoming site for The Kroto Innovation Centre will use the resource library function to provide a library of documents to tenants and partners.
